Messages and files are encrypted before they leave your device. We can't read them, and they're gone from our side once delivered. AI is optional. When you use Kacti's AI, it reads only the files and conversations you pick, under a zero-retention agreement.

Connect your firm's own AI tool or use Kacti's agent. It reads what your client sends, photos and scans included, keeps the case file organized, and drafts replies. Nothing is sent until you approve it. It starts from one organized case, not an email inbox full of everything else.
How it works
- Open a case in the Kacti app. One per matter, holding that matter and nothing else.
- Invite your client. They get an email from you, install the app, and join the case. That's the only way in.
- Send to the case. You write a message, add the files, and send. Your client replies the same way.
- Every file ends up filed. The whole exchange builds up in your case folder, ready when you need it.
